[Video]: Drake Dedicates Billboard Artiste Of The Decade Award To Son, Adonis

Canadian superstar Drake mounts the stage with his kid, Adonis, as he dedicates his Artiste of the decade award win at Billboard to the young lad.

On Sunday night, May 23, 2021, Drake was bestowed with the prestigious award, and he decided to go public with his 3-year-old son for the first time.

Drake held Adonis close to him while delivering his speech after receiving the award plaque. Dedicating the award to Adonis, Drake lifted his son up, said: "To you! I wanna dedicate this award to you."

Adonis was adorably dressed in a red flannel shirt and black jeans, while drake donned a dapper off-white suit.

Drake welcomed the son with French ex-adult movie actress, Sophie Brussaux. He hid the identity of the youngster until 2020, when he shared photos of him on Instagram, a video and photo sharing social media platform.

With 10 award wins, The Weeknd emerges the biggest winner at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night, May 23, 2021, at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

Pop Smoke won five awards including top new artist while BTS, K-pop band, and Bad Bunny earned four apiece.

Drake was named artist of the decade while Pink was honoured with the icon award.

American singer Nick Jonas hosted the 2021 Billboard Music Awards.

In a question and answer session, singer Lyta's baby mama, Kemi Ayorinde has disclosed that her baby daddy, Lyta has apologized to her after being dragged shamelessly on social media.

Recall that a few days ago, kemi, the alleged baby mama of Lyta, took to her Instagram account to shame her baby daddy for contributing less to their child's welfare. She has also claimed that Lyta could not afford N13,000 to buy balloons for their child's birthday.

While this was ongoing, Lyta had trended for those few days as people addressed him as a deadbeat father.

The Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practioners Association of Nigeria, TAMPAN, has suspended actors Nkechi Blessing Sunday and Kehinde Adams aka Lege.

Both actors have in the last few weeks been at each other's throats on social media over the recent arrest of their colleague, Baba Ijesha, who has been accused of multiple defilements of a minor.

Tampan has asked directors in the film industry not to engage the services of the suspended actors

Billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola's home in Monté Carlo has a nice view of the famous Circuit de Monaco, used annually for the Formula One Monaco Grand Prix.

DJ Cuppy, one of Otedola's daughters, took to Instagram to share a video of her watching the Monaco Grand Prix from the comfort of her balcony.

As the Formula 1 drivers sped along the famous track, Cuppy got a view of the sport from her balcony and she updated her followers.

"This is literally my view of the Grand Prix. This is my view from the balcony. Here's my view from the house," the singer said as she showed her followers a short clip of the drivers racing.

Actress Nuella Njubigbo has removed her filmmaker husband, Tchidi Chikere's name from her Instagram bio, weeks after they jointly debunked his ex-wife, Sophia Williams' claim of their marriage crashing.

Speculation of Nuella and Tchidi having a marital crisis came after Sophia's Instagram post which read "wetin dey happen to one love made in heaven?". The couple had named ther union "Love made in heaven" after they walked down the aisle in 2014. It was also noticed that they've unfollowed each other on Instagram.

However weeks after they debunked the claim in a video they shared, Nuella has now removed Tchidi's surname "Chikere" from her Instagram bio.

Her Instagram bio which also read "mother and wife" before now, has now been changed to "Award winning filmmaker, mum, CEO".

Super Eagles striker, Kelechi Iheanacho has won the Leicester City Goal of the Season award for the 2020-21 campaign.

The Nigeria international has been in form for the Foxes, scoring 19 goals in all competitions so far this season.

His 80th-minute goal against Crystal Palace which he beat two defenders before sending a powerful curler into the net, was chosen as the best goal in 2020-2021.

Oshoala Voted Nigeria’s Greatest Female Player Of All Time

Super Falcons and Barcelona striker Asisat Oshoala has been voted the greatest Nigerian female player of all time.

Oshoala was announced as the greatest female player to emerge from Nigeria after the conclusion of a poll published on CAF's women's verified Twitter handle.

She beat off competition from legendary Nigerian female stars Mercy Akide, Perpetual Nkwocha and Cynthia Uwak.

After the conclusion of the polls, Oshoala got 53 per cent, Nkwocha was second with 31 per cent, Akide with 14 per cent and Uwak with just one per cent.

Oshoala was part of the Barcelona side that clinched a first ever UEFA Women's Champions League title.

She came on in the second half in the 4-0 win against Chelsea in Gothenburg, Sweden.

She had earlier helped her Spanish club win the country's women's topflight.
