In a recent video making the rounds online, Regina cautioned her brother over his drinking habit, as she noted that he is beginning to look so slim.

"My brother you're too slim. Stop drinking gin", Regina warned her brother.

Reacting to this, her brother told her to save the advice for her son, Munir who is still growing up.

Davido's babymama, Chioma Rowland has spoken to her fans about people who look happy and healthy, but still feeling miserable inside.

In a recent post on Instagram, the mother of one advised fans to be nice to each other because every body is fighting a battle inside.

She noted that it is possible to look happy while being miserable, and at the same time, you can also feel ugly despite being good looking in person.


In her words;

"Understand this, you can sound confidence and have anxiety. You can feel healthy but feel like shit. You can look happy and be miserable inside. You can be good looking and feel ugly. So be kind because every person is fighting a battle you know nothing about".

A man has shared his sad story to David Papa Bondze-Mbir on Facebook, about how his wife poisoned him after she caught him cheating on her.

He said;

"I married a good woman: decent, elegant, kind, graceful, beautiful and intelligent. I chose her, and not the others because she was my friend…

And I wanted to marry my friend: We've been married for Nine (9) years. We have Two (2) beautiful kids, a boy and a girl. I naturally love slim women, and my wife was slim and appropriate when we married. However, after the kids, she started putting on weight, little by little.

I had no real problems with that because I loved her, and her new weight wasn't so weighty either. I think I began to flow with her new body, and I did enjoy her.

She made efforts to try losing a few pounds, because according to her, she had caught me a few times – while in my car, checking other ladies out. It was a joke we both initially would laugh to. I started developing feelings for this other lady who had been my friend for years.

I never imagined it happening to me. I had tried everything by the book to focus on only my wife, but I was falling in love with this other lady. My wife accidentally had access to my phone, while unlocked, and she read a few of the messages exchanged between us.

She confronted me and I confessed to the truth. She was pissed initially, but with time, she came along to help me through it. I know, for a fact, that unseemly habits, although they may seem innocuous, can easily become hard, or even impossible, to break.

And because of that I ended things with the other lady amicably. The last time I ever saw the other lady was when word got to me that she was ill.

I needed to check on her – as a friend. One thing led to the other, and we ended up sleeping with each other at her house. From the bedroom window of this lady's house, I thought I saw my wife's car parked in the neighborhood. I got scared, really, so I dressed up quickly to go out and check.

The car was gone when I reached the main gate of the house. I called my wife's office line and she answered the phone: she was at work, and I thought that was strange – because it definitely was her car I saw parked outside from a distance.

She was all chatty and friendly and normal with me throughout the day, on phone, till the end of day. I ate the rice and chicken stew she had served me. The only other outside meal I had eaten that day was the pizza I bought for my friend when I visited her at her house.

That dawn, I thought I had diarrhoea. But I started vomiting, and foaming in the mouth. The pain in my stomach was unbearable. I fell on the floor and started screaming for help.

My wife was lying on the bed, pretending could not hear me. My kids heard the cries and rushed to our bedroom, crying and waking their mother up.

I begged my wife to take me to the hospital, and that was when I figured she might have attempted to hurt me on purpose. She drove me on the streets of Accra, for over 45 minutes, while I was lying at the back of the car, in pain. She drove past two Clinics, one hospital, and three pharmacy shops.

My only luck was when we approached a police check-point that I had to forcefully, pop my head up to scream for attention.

My wife started crying when the police signaled for her to stop. She informed the police about my situation and made him aware she was taking me to Korle-Bu. I gathered enough strength to also beg the officer to escort us to the nearest hospital instead, which he did.

The doctor confirmed it was food poisoning. I since got in touch with the other lady to be bringing me food at the hospital.

I am feeling better now, and was sent home two months ago. My wife is acting all innocent and sweet, but I know better. I eat out nowadays before returning home. Every trust and respect, and love I thought I had for my wife is gone.

I still love her, but I can't look past this."

Actor Jerry Douglas Passes On ‘The Young And The Restless’

'The Young And The Restless' star, Jerry Douglas, has passed away at the age of 88.

Douglas who took over from Brett Halsey, made his debut on the CBS TV series as John Abbott, the patriarch of the Abbott family in 1982.

While the character's death was depicted on the show in 2006, Douglas continued to make appearances as hallucinations seen by other characters, his last appearance being in 2016.

The actor's family has announced that he died on November 9 following a brief illness, with Anthony Morina, executive producer of The Young and the Restless, paying tribute in a statement.

'On behalf of the entire company of The Young and the Restless, we send our deepest sympathies to the Douglas family on the passing of Jerry Douglas,' he said.

'Jerry came to Y&R in 1982 with an impressive resume of credits. Our show was lucky to have an actor of his caliber join the Y&R cast and introduce the audience to the iconic Abbott family.

His contribution to the legacy of Y&R as Abbott family patriarch, John Abbott is still felt to this day. He will be sorely missed.'

Throughout his career, Douglas appeared in films including Avalanche, The Godson and Mommie Dearest, and TV series including Melrose Place, Arrested Development, The Rockford Files, and Mission: Impossible.

He would have celebrated his 89th birthday on Friday, November 12.

Several people have paid tribute to the late actor, including TV host Jillian Barberie, who tweeted: 'Jerry Douglas was one of a kind. Classy, with a wicked sense of humor. My heart goes out to his family. Love you Kym,' referencing Douglas' widow, TV host Kym Douglas.

Douglas' The Young and the Restless co-tar Kate Linder also wrote: 'I had the pleasure of working with #JerryDouglas for #manyyears @YRInsider #yr my heart and thoughts are with Kym and the entire Douglas family. #rip #youwillbesorelymissed.'

Kwam1 called out over alleged refusal to refund money of clients after shunning their events

Fuji singer, Kwam1 has reacted after he was called out for failing to refund the money given to him for events due to his inability to show up for performance.

Recall that blogger, Gistlovers had dragged the musician for withholding people's money even after breaching their contract.

Reacting to this, Kwam1 took to his Instagram page to clear the air and give reason he failed to show up for an event in the United States.

According to him, this is due to the fact that some members of his band are experiencing some issues in getting their visas approved.


In a lengthy post, he wrote:

"Very recently, issues about my band going to perform in America erupted some negativity which was communicated to me by concern friends who come across a post where my name was been dragged into dealings with many sub show promoters in America.

Firstly i will like to state here that, I owe my fan's across the globe a high level of respect, hence the needs for my explanation recently.

That my band trip to United States has NOT been canceled.

All that is necessary to make the trip a success was put in place.

Work permit, flight arrangements and other necessary things, except the RIGHT OF VISA approval for those members of the band who needs to obtain that before we proceed.

Surely am not in control of approving that Visa but the American embassy here in Nigeria.

I can understand agitation from many fan's and music lovers across, but patience is required to get all this bottleneck sorted out with regards to the applicable laws that permit entertainers coming to America.

Il still not join issues with non concern persons or groups other than those respected individuals and organizations who is dealing with us directly.

Social media is free for everyone's usage, but we are not deviating from the real issues because of some distractors.

Either Mr Mike Fashakin of Orbit LLC, who is directly involved with many as the main PROMOTER or myself on behalf of my BAND.

No form of hanky-panky is played out concerning this issue

Once again as I stated earlier, we owe our fan's and patrons some degree of respect which gives reason for this explanations again and again.

A new report by HollywoodLife has revealed why reality TV star, Kim Kardashian would certainly divorce rapper, Kanye West.

Recall that the rapper appeared on the Drink Champs podcast and went on an epic rant about his estranged wife saying she was still his wife and the kids didn't want their parents to get divorced.

According to the paper, Kim may even take legal action to keep Kanye from talking about her and the kids.

According to a source who spoke with HollywoodLife, Kim is done playing nice and is even ready to send a "cease-and-desist letter" letter, if necessary.

The insider revealed:

"Kanye said that he really thought that he and Kim were going to work it out; Kim never gave him any indication of this.

"If anything, his actions of going on the podcast have made Kim more certain than ever that they are done."

And Kim is apparently prepared to take her separation to the next level.

The source continued:

"If Kim has to send a cease-and-desist letter to just stop him from continuing to talk about her and the kids, she will. It's not what Kim wants to do, but it may be what she has to do."

The former couple share four kids together: North, eight, Saint, five, Chicago, three, and Psalm, two.

On last week's podcast, Kanye insisted Kim is still his wife and wants them to be together.

After noting the public keeps saying the pair is "divorced," Kanye said: "We're not even divorced.

"This ain't no joke to me. My kids want their parents to stay together.

"I want us to be together."

He then said that the entertainment industry and the media are against them as a couple, continuing:

"If you look at the media, that's not what they're promoting.

Giant music streaming platform, Spotify, has celebrated Mavin Records' musician, Ayra Starr, as the newest artist to join the EQUAL Music Programme.

Spotify describes Ayra Starr, the EQUAL Africa Artist of the Month, as a representation of the rise of new-age female artists whose creativity and determination breaks barriers between genres.

EQUAL Music Programme, according to Phiona Okumu, Spotify's Head of Music for Sub-Saharan Africa, is to create a space on the platform that allows amplification of the work of female creators.

"Ayra represents the rise of new-age female artists whose creativity and determination breaks barriers between genres. She possesses the boldness and swagger that we're used to seeing from pop artists, but has an edge that feels symbolic of the listening habits of Gen-Zers. We aim to amplify more confident female voices like hers through EQUAL," Okumu added.
