Veteran actor Alhaji Akanni Olayinka Quadri, popularly known as Yinka Quadri has stir up lots of reactions on social media as he shared a video of himself and his children dancing to the tune of Zazu song.

Yinka Quadri appeared like a gangster as he and his two daughters recreated roles of the trending music video of Portable's song 'Zazu Zeh' with Olamide and Poco Lee.

The actor shared the video on his Instagram page.

He acted as Olamide Baddo's role by putting on a gangster look with a red cup on his hand.

A video showing the moment officials of the Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, invaded comedian DeGeneral's home in the middle of the night, while assaulting him and his friends has stirred reactions on social media.

A part of the video shows the skit maker and his friends being beaten by the officials of the agency who frowned at his decision to video them.

One of the officials could be heard raising his voice to tell the skit maker that he has no right to record them despite his calls for him to be allowed express his fundamental human rights.

This was shared by the Instagram blog, Cutie__juls. According to the report, about 14 months ago the duo welcomed their second daughter named, Welda and are yet to notify the public about her birth.

So far, netizens are familiar with the Celebrate Me crooner's first child, Wilmer and the news about the arrival of a new baby appears a bit surprising.

Dowen college releases another statement regarding case of late Sylvester Oromoni– We have won

The management of Dowen College has appealed to the public to stop spreading false information against the school over the death of Sylvester Oromoni.

In a statement which the school authorities released on Monday, January 10, they requested that the public allows late Sylvester's soul rest in peace, while adding that they have won.

The statement read;

Internationally certified singer, Davido Adeleke, takes down a tweet where he bashed his cousin, Senator Bamidele Adeleke's election campaign post.

The PDP gubernatorial candidate had taken to his page to exercise the choice of the citizens of Osun State by encouraging them to identify a successful candidate.

"Intelligence & Understanding can not be falsified, stolen or handed to anyone on a silver platter. It takes dedication, patience and discipline to attain such feat. It is up to the party members to identify and support an intelligent aspirant among the lot. We can do better in Osun state! #IgbaOtunTiDe," Dele, the nephew to Senator Ademola Adeleke wrote.

Nigerian singer, Davido is often touted to be the Nigerian celebrity with the biggest heart and apparently, it did not start today. The DMW is a proud Babcock alumnus. During his stay in the school, regardless of being a celebrity student and a pioneering student in his department, Davido went as far as paying the fees of some indigent students in the school.

In an interview made by the TheCable, Davido's former Department Head, Olusegun Ojuola described the superstar as a 'special student' who was loved for not just being popular but for his personality.

He obviously received special treatment from the school and his lecturers because, well, he was a special student. "It's hard but my teachers understand because they know what I do and they're fans as well," Davido explained in an interview.

Davido will be remembered for his exceptional humility and kindness to those around him. The HOD praised the rich young performer for his charity.

"His stay in school has also been a blessing to some indigent students whom the lord has used David to pay their school fees," he said.

Actress Jemima Osunde Reveals In An Interview – How Genevieve Nnaji Pranked Me On Set Of ‘Lionheart’

Nollywood Actress, Jemima Osunde in a new interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on Rubbin' Minds, opened up about working with her senior colleague, Genevieve Nnaji on Netflix's movie, Lionheart.

In 2018, Genevieve made what went on to become Netflix's first Nollywood original feature film, Lionheart. The movie starred other Nollywood icons including Pete Edochie, Nkem Owoh, Kanayo O. Kanayo, Jemima Osunde and others.

Genevieve is very well known for her privacy and elusive living. Jemima revealed that she had the same opinion about her before she met her, but after meeting the veteran Actress, it was a different story.

Jemima went on to recount a story from her experience to illustrate Genevieve's character.

Speaking about Lionheart and working alongside Genevieve, Jemima Osunde said:
 
"When I got the call for 'Lionheart', I thought it was a prank call. I had told the person that unfortunately, I had exams at school and I would not be able to do this project, sorry. That was it.

Then a day later, he calls back and he's like "Oh, the executive producer said we should get your timetable, we will work with your schedule."

I was like "The hell? I said I'm not doing, is it by force? Tell them I have exams in Lagos, you people are filming in Enugu, how do I want to do it?"

Then he was like, "Oh but Miss Genevieve–" I said "Wait, what? Who? Which of the Genevieves?" He was like, "Genevieve Nnaji, that is the owner of–", I was like "Ohhh, you should have started with that!".

I have always wanted to work with her. Always wanted to meet her. And I think the whole experience for me was wholesome.

I went there with a perception. I thought she was very strict and nah, Genevieve was cracking jokes. I remember the day that I was supposed to catch a flight to Lagos for an exam I had the next day. My clinical exam which if I had missed was an automatic extra year. I missed my flight.

So I was sitting in Enugu on set at 7pm when I had clinical exam 8am the next day in Lagos. I was sweating, I was under pressure, and I was just like I don't know what I'm gonna do.

Anyone who has watched Lionheart knows it's about a transportation company. So (Genevieve) was like "Ah, should we reserve one of the drivers for Lionheart?" I was just like honey, this is not a joke. I was under pressure. But she had sorted it out. She already had a way out for me. So it was somehow comical for her to watch me be under pressure and react not knowing what she had planned. I had the absolute best time working with her."

Controversial Nollywood actor, Uche Maduagwu, condemns fellow thespian, Anita Joseph, for breastfeeding her husband on an Instagram post.

Anita Joseph had taken to her page to share a video of herself and her husband having a sensual moment together.

In reaction to the video, Uche Maduagwu questioned the actress's morals, her marriage, and how the act is an unnecessary social display of affection.

Ahmed, who has been in the news lately due to the allegation levelled against Wizkid of not fulfilling the promise (N10M) he made to him at his concert 5 years ago is still keen on clearing his name as he insists that he wasn't expelled from school.

In a previous report, former vulcanizer, Basit who is the second boy that is currently being sponsored in school by the Grammy winner, described Ahmed as an ungrateful soul who got expelled by their principal in Caleb International school because of his improper conduct.

Reacting to this, Ahmed took to his Instagram story to state that he was never expelled. He admitted not being interested in school while disclosing that he just want to record songs and be successful to prevent his unused talent from fading away.

Relationship expert, Blessing Okoro Nkiruka takes to social media to lament after a fan requested a sum of N120k for a portrait she designed.

The content creator while sharing her convo with the undisclosed netizen stated that she stumbled upon the artwork on the Instagram story of the social media user and decided to support her by purchasing it.

She further told the artist to frame the photo while promising to pay for it. However, after that was done, the artist slid into her DM to demand a sum of 120k for the portrait.

Blessing Okoro who saw this as an opportunity devised to milk her backed off from the deal and took to her Instagram page to share her experience.

She wrote:

"Let us judge this matter…

So a random fan drew me, put it in her story, I saw it and acknowledged it, to support her I said frame it and send me I will pay for it. According to her, she famed it and asked me to pay 120k, added her account no. I felt irritated, I ignored her, she brought it down to 70k.

Now it's funny how she is giving me price for something I willing wanted to buy to recipocrate love back. So I kuku told her to take to the art gallery and sell it for same price.

Funny enough I get artworks over 12 as gifts free. Now you see why the rich run from the poor.

Now you see why people especially celebrities never respond to you, because you always want to rip them off.

Change your mindset and stop being a collected, honestly I wanted to dash her 100k.

Ahmed admits –Wizkid never gave me N10M cash, but he did things worth more than N10M for me

Ahmed, the boy who was promised the sum of N10M by Grammy winner, Wizkid after a mind-blowing and exceptional performance at the singer's concert in 2017 has finally opened up on receiving assistance worth more than N10M from Wizkid, but however, never got N10M in cash.

This saga was rekindled after Wizkid was called out for an alleged audio signing and money gift which never saw the light of the day.

While Wizkid's bodyguard accused Ahmed of being an ingrate and narrated how he used the money given to him for drugs which later led to his expulsion from school, the boy has penned a new narrative on his IG page.

According to him, Big Wiz paid his school fees and also footed accommodation bills for him and his mom, but never signed him to his label nor did he give him the sum of N10M in cash contrary to claims that he squandered it on drugs.
