This experience will teach you skills that will ultimately make you more marketable to employers and graduate programs. Additionally, being a BSOS Ambassador provides excellent leadership, public speaking, and teaching experience, as well as networking opportunities with faculty, staff, alumni, university administrators, and prospective students. The required seminar course meets once a week on Thursdays from 4:00-4:50 pm, so make sure your schedule allows. Learn more and apply online at go.umd.edu/bsos-ambassadors. Please email bsos-ambassadors@umd.edu with questions and follow @BSOSumd on Instagram to learn more about Ambassador-related activities! |
